Depends upon your income. Are you able to show sufficient recurring income that would demonstrate to a lender that you have the ability to repay a loan?
You won’t know the answer to that question until you speak with a lender.

As a new realestate investor I have no steady income, But I do have equity in a remodeled home and Money in the bank. I want to take the equity out and rent the house.
I also have good credit and have satisfied a VA loan.
My quistion is could I get qualified for a equity loan?
