Can a home equity loan be taken out on a mobile home? Any info would be helpful. There is an assumable, no money down
offer that I know of. It would be a very good place to start my real estate investing. I would either like to rent the mobile home and use the equity line to fund other deals,
or take out an equity line to repair and resell if any repairs are needed??? thanks!
