I have been creating notes for about 4 years now, I have good bank financing in place and I am about to create
20-30 more notes in the coming year. I need help structuring my new notes in a way that will make them more marketable. I may not even want to sell them as we are harshly selective of our borrowers, but I may want options down the road. Most of our notes are written between 10-13% and our ITV ratio is roughly 65% on average. I would like to confer with a seasoned note investor(s), and perhaps make some new friends.
