hi all,
i am trying to find info on selling a position in escrow? how do i obtain an escrow account for prospective foreclosure buys.i have numerous foreclosures in my area, most requiring minor repairs.presently i am using $80,000 from home equity line of credit to purchase foreclosures with cash, no closing deals and nice returns.but i am only able to do one transactions at a time and have to wait until properties sell to start again. i would like to do multiple properties at once.please advise. thanks to all who reply. john shine
