I would like to know if most seasoned mobile home investors use an escrow company to collect payments and send out year end statements, or if you handle this yourself? Let me here from you. Thank you

Jody,
I only have 10 notes right now so I just do it myself. Takes very little time.
These notes are unique and I wouldn’t want anyone between the payor and me as it might increase the lag time for me to become aware of a problem.
