I live in an county I’m in the average house sold for $329,000. That’s the average price of properties. Here, 3/2 - 1200sqft start at about $190,000 to $210,000 and go to upper $200,000s. So, as you see, it’s crazy here, too. I do what I can to NOT hold title in a Escrow account. I’ll just let the seller hold the title (in a Trust!), if I have too. I find it’s just an added expence, unless the seller demands it to do the deal.

Josh,

Are you looking to get a house under contract, put it into Escrow and then sell your position at the closing table.

OR get the house under contract and find the buyer before you open Escrow and sell your contract.

OR get the house under contract and find the buyer and do a simultaneous closing.

What are you looking to know more about?
