Look on the seller’s last mortgage statement. If it isn’t there, Call the 800# on the seller’s mortgage statement. Punch in the loan # - follow the prompts - viola!

Just wondering what is the fastest way to verify a seller’s escrow account. Is it considered public record and maybe can it be accessible online? I didn’t see anything in the archives.
