I would be very surprised if any lender will provide you working capital without a track record. You could try the Small Business Administration. One of my lender reps told me they essentially are the loans of last resort.

DOES ANY ONE HERE KNOW HOW TO ESTABLISH ENOUGH BUSINESS CREDIT TO DO A DEAL. I WANT TO START REHABBING HOUSES ,BUT MY PERSONAL CREDIT SUCKS CAN ANYONE GIVE ANY ADVISE PLEASE I HAVE WANTED TO DO THIS FOR ABOUT NINE YEARS NOW.
