I am interested in using seller-financed notes to sell properties I rehab and flip quickly. I am interested in brokering the notes myself. I would like guidelines on how to structure the notes plus steps I need to take close the deal. My goal is to buy and sell 20 or more properties this year. I have good source of private funds that is available to me accomplish this goal? Any input would be appreciated.
