Hello
I am looking for a effective way to evaluate a bulk REO tape of properties. I am looking at a mix of SFR, Multifamily and Commercial on most of the tapes. How do I determine a good offer price in order to flip the properties to other investors for profit and still give the end buyer a great deal to promote repeat business with them? Also need a good source for flash funding.
