this is the hardest knock i’ve had yet… so i’m still
o.k.
i can do the fix up and still make a little money with the next guy…
moral of this story…
it’s still a deal…
and even if it wasn’t…

they’re out…
but the place is a mess…
the kid colored on ALL the walls~and he ain’t no picasso
the closet doors in one bedroom are gone…?
the dogs have destroyed the carpet (P-YEW), have chewed
away literaly half the privacy fence, and much of the exterior siding
the frig and the garage door opener are gone…we gave them
a rent credit to go buy a frig, with the understanding that it would stay~~nothing much~ 75bucks, but i’m still ticked, and the garage door opener? ARGH…
the lawn is gone in the back from the dogs, and much of the front as well from them parking on the grass…
lots of trash…
but hey~~ they’re out.

Steph… ONE WORD… INSURANCE, CALL YOUR INSURANCE AGENT ! RIGHT NOW ! TODAY ! It’s called “vandalism” and I’ve been paid a couple of times from my insuance company on such incidents.
