Ooooh, bad deal,you gave up your property rights but stayed on the loan. See if you can get her to quitclaim it back to you. But see a lawyer first because this is not going to get better on its own.
I’m not an attorney but my advice is better than the advice you got to quit claim it to her.

I tried to refinance our home in order to pay her off from divorce settlement. I could not refinance enough to do so because of the worth of the home. She took me back to court for the home. I did a quit claim deed. Since then, she is now 3 months behind in payments and mortage is still in both of our names. How can I get out of this. Can I get the house back?
