So they refuse your offer as a company. Resubmit it with your own names if they refuse the other. Once you try a bank you will know what you have to do. You don’t ask you don’t receive.

I am making offers on several REO and fix up properties. We have purchased many homes through foreclosure auctions on the past, but are trying to get inot wholesaling now. We have our LLC and was wondering, should we put the Company name as the buyer or our personal names??

I am also a realtor, so I must disclose this on my offers. Typically we put everything in my husbands name, until recently when we got our LLC. Now all the properties we buy at auction go into the name of our company.

I just don’t know if we should be making offers as a company to Banks.(REO’s) They may just reject our offers. Any advise would be appreciated!!
