Just have the title say something like I BUY HOMES!
Then just have a sentence or two about how you are an investor and that you buy homes. It does not have to be a work of art just a short message about how you can help them.

A realtor friend of mine gave me a list of expired listings recently. I’d like to send these people a postcard. Anyone know of some text that would be good to put on it?

I wouldn’t even put investor. Just I buy houses. Save the commission. Remember you want motivated sellers, just because the listing expired doesn’t mean they are motivated, yet. You also might add a line that says if you are listed with a realtor this ad doesnt’ apply, or at least be aware that some may have already either relisted, or listed with someone else. These will likely not all be workable at this time even if they are motivated.
