I don’t dare post much due to my novice status, but this is a situation that I have experienced.
Having spent the last several months calling on properties and developing relationships with realtors, I have established a fairly large list of agents that are aware of what I’m doing and are on the lookout for deals for me. A couple months ago I asked one of them to print off all the expired listings in my area for the last year and she was happy to do it. She knows that I’m in it for the long haul and keeping me happy should eventually benefit her as well.
The worst she could have said was NO…and that only stings for a little while.
