For most Lonnie deals, you don’t do much rehab work. Add to that the fact that dealing with the Federal Government is a major pain in the back side and it’s just too much trouble for me.
My humble opinion is that your time would be better (and more profitably) spent looking for motivated sellers of mobile homes.
