. . . check out the new book, “I Feel Great” by Pat Croce, the outrageous owner of the 76ers.

When the former owner was asked why he sold the team, he replied, “because Pat Croce called me 50 times.”

I immediately picked up the phone and called a fellow with a four plex that I’ve been after for months, and I’ll be calling him again next week, and the next week, etc . . ., until he either sells me that thing or tells me to knock it off.
