How long has it been since you sent in the mortgagor’s completed application, and your Short Sale Proposal?
If it’s been more than 30 days, prepare yourself that they may be positioning themselves to sell their mortgages to an unsuspecting Investor… and passing the buck.

Been rocking along for many years. Now have these 2
loss-mitigation departments dragging their heels on
short sales I’m working on. Anybody with specific words
that might speed things up? What had worked with other
lenders is just not working with these 2. I’ve sent
all the paperwork (HUD, letters, photos, copies of our
contracts, etc) but they keep delaying. Thanks for
your suggestions!!!
