hthanks for the link. Aside from the well intentioned instutionalized insanity of yet another program that trys to turn people who can’t even manage to save 3% for a down payment into home owners, the program details are undecipherable. Who owns the property during the lease period? My prediction: “This program will never progress beyond the test phase”.
