Hi. I got a response from my ad today. This lady wants to deal fast! I have not had problems getting financing from traditional lenders, so far, but they are slow. She says the only way she will do the sale is if it is done quickly.
Here’s the scoop:
A $90,000 newer home (1998)- Very nice neighborhood.
(She is not sure of market value, but she thinks $90,000. I did a preliminary valuation search and the neighborhood sales support this value)
She owns it free and clear.
She is willing to discount it to sell quickly.
It’s a duplex- Both sides rented with $1500. month income
Can someone advise me of options to raise money quickly?? Feel free to e-mail me or post back on the board. My FICO is 695 and my husband’s is a little higher.
