a consistent source for ‘fast money’ is your local real estate club. There will be people there who have money and are open minded.
Go network a bit, get to know some of the regulars, and money will become available. The big mistake I’ve seen people make is promising too much and delivering too little…
Also, you can find a group that plays cashflow. Many of these people are just learning the ropes and want to get started with investing.
