I have read Bronchicks and Kaiser’s lease option courses. Both are geared towards the sandwhich lease but has all the contracts for seller’s lease option deals. In my opinion, the Kaiser lease option program was great. It walks you through each step of the way and tells you the who, where, why, when, and how to do the lease option deals for the sandwhich lease, while the contracts that come with Bronchik’s course are good.
