I have just rented out my first mobile home this week and I have some questions regarding how you record them in Quickbooks. He has a very detailed section on how to work with SFHs, but do I do the same thing for my mobile? I only have $4000.00 in the place and I’ll have my money back in less than 6 months from the rent payments. Any advice would be appriciated
