Go Girl! It doesn’t matter if one if male or female, you will find someone that will help you along. Just make sure you choose carefully. Listen to everything and then proceed with caution if you are first starting out. Read this board and come back with questions. There are good and bad out there.

Poor baby. The real issue is that my husband is not super excited about my real estate interest as it is. I am merely trying to not antogonize the issue as I get my feet wetter.
