I am considering 1st home purchase via FHA, I owe 5k on child support to county gov, 500.00 to a credit card from 10 years ago, just paid off balance of student loan, and paid off 2k in other things on report, House is 85k in NY and my income is 55k, am I eligable? or is that a dumb question?
