Does anyone have experience with these HUD loans? I am a buy and hold investor, looking to put 15% down on a 1.2mil apartment building (with a 10%cap managed). Any thoughts about the terms, i.e. lockout/pre-pay penalty, non-recourse etc. I haven’t had a lawyer look at the docs yet and would like to know some opinions first.
