Why go FHA? I have programs for 100% no mi and conventional programs 97% with a option mi or no mi. Even a stated 100%LTV program for hi fico borrowers

Hi all-
I understand that new loans and refi’s are exploding now that the interest rates are creeping back up, but we can’t find a good FHA broker for the life of us!
We’ve been going subprime for our buyers but are sick of giving up 10-15% on each deal.
We prescreen all our buyers to meet FHA standards before we even give them to the broker, and still nobody seems to have any sense of urgency when handling our deals.
Anyone know a good FHA broker who can lend in Indiana and would like 30-40 prequalified borrowers per year?
