Regardless if a property is puchased on a conventional loan or FHA loan, I’m pretty sure you can still rent out the condo just like you would a house using the lease option technique. As long as the numbers make sense to you, and you have nice cashflow from the rental. Or, are you referring to a “straight rental” with no intentions of selling the condo once its paid for from the rental?
