Thats exactly why I haven’t done it.As long as i control
that,i would but knowing that would happen means I probably
won’t do that thing in particular.I am very aware I am not
a big corporation, with lots of legal eagles salivating
over how much money I can waste. And it’s probably going
to be mobiles for a while.
Finally got both the course, and books for “Lonnie Deals”.
Am pretty excited about what we are planning on doing in
next few months.Already came up with another idea on financing
something completely different than mobiles or real estate.
Am also looking forward to posting here about some deals I
have already seen, but have not touched because we do not have
funding yet. This place has helped lots, and kept my head in the
game.
Dennis: When you’re ready, I am curious about what it is you are thinking of financing with the Lonnie concept. I can imagine there are lots of things folks need and want, but can’t imagine anything more secure (in terms of making notes) than housing–especially mobile homes. Mobile homes don’t disappear in the middle of the night or get into too many accidents. Very few are stolen. Vandalism is minimal. I don’t know if anyone ever lost one (well, not for too long). If there is something else out there this good, I want to know.
Was wondering if that particular concept would work with
custom-built computers.I can build a pretty speedy one
for less than 1,000 (and with lots of goodies, also)+monitor.
Me and the wife tossed that idea around a bit last night.
And yes,I do believe that method will work with anything
needing to be purchased by payments.
