Good job in saving some cash. In addition to what the others have said, Ron LeGrand’s book “Fast Cash With Quick Turn Real Estate”. It’s only about $15.00 and you can get it at Borders, B&N, and perhaps even Amazon.com
Along with the other suggestions, (along with reading the posts here daily), you should have be on your way!
Also, as questions come up, post them here for specific, expanded answers.

I finally came up with just about $500 after saving and budgeting for the last 3 months.
Now I hoping to get some advice/suggestions from you guys on what course I can purchase ( with a limited budget). I am obviously gearing for REI stategies that require not a lot of money for down payment and something that would be fundamentally not too complicated for a newbie like myself to understand.
I am willing to work hard and am eager to learn and do.
Sorry to have to ask you but there are so many of them out there. Le Grand, Kaiser, Beck, Beitler,Behle,Nickerson, etc.
Never was a Realtor nor did I ever take a course in real estate. So the more complicated or advanced strategies might have to reserved for later.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
