My wife as I are trying to finance 2 homes next to eachother. Each is on about 1/3 of an acre.
Our mortgage guy says we can only finance the one we’d be living in but says maybe some “creative financing” or owning carrying part. They need to cash out and I need to get this done before my wife leaves for school over the summer. Been working on this for months and still no paperwork started. Any ideas on getting both financed asap?
