I have an opportunity to assign (flip) a property to a RE investor. The numbers make total sense, but I’m unable to find a lender that will approve this transaction. Does anyone know a private mortgage company or lending institution that can handle a “simultaneous closing” transaction? I do not own the property, but I can get it under contract fairly easy.
