Nice to have you back!
I do have problems with number 3 on your list – it’s far more risky (and demanding)than the other choices.
After all, breakfast in bed isn’t nearly so satisfying when you’re the one carrying the tray.

- Inherit large sums of money.
- Marry rich.
- Take the time to learn the principles of using real estate to create wealth, perhaps even starting small and working up to bigger and bigger deals.
