Nice to have you back!

I do have problems with number 3 on your list – it’s far more risky (and demanding)than the other choices.

After all, breakfast in bed isn’t nearly so satisfying when you’re the one carrying the tray.

  2. Inherit large sums of money.
  3. Marry rich.
  4. Take the time to learn the principles of using real estate to create wealth, perhaps even starting small and working up to bigger and bigger deals.
