I have a couple who have just been turned down from a mortgage broker. They sent it to the underwriter and they said that they could not do the deal. Here is the scenario
: I am selling for 52,000 the house is appraised at 55,000
the appraisal was done about a week ago. The couple has put down 500.00 binder and will put down an additional 3500.00
down. I think the couple has about 10,000 to 20,000 dollars in the bank. I do not know how there credit is. Give me someone who you think can finance the deal or some info . thank you
