I’d like to help you, but I would have to ask about 20-30 questions that your posting doesn’t provide answers to. You would then have to run around for 5 or 6 days getting the answers only to have me tell you it isn’t a deal at all. Or maybe it is a deal, but for one reason or another, you can’t do it. So you and I (mostly you), will have wasted an enormous amount of time. This type of sale is not for newbies. My advice is start with simpler stuff.

I have found a house that is going to be sold at a public auction in July. I have yet to find any financing for the purchase though. I’ve tried mortgage co. and banks. The banks will not finance because this house has leins against it. Do I need to try to get the leins released before I purchase or is this impossible? Am I looking in the wrong places? I know there’s got to be another way. As you can tell this is my first time around. Any advice is appreciated.
