Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a loan for lots with timber on them? Whether a hard-money lender or a bank? Each lot is 30 x 114 and there are 10 of them that I want to buy, have them cleaned and sectioned off putting 2 together and selling to make a great profit.

I am in Louisiana, the lots are in Mandeville.
