Don’t know the situation in your area, but if it is a DW w/a permanent foundation & a retired title, financing as RE should be a possibility. Check w/local banks re: what they would do for you under those circumstances. Check comps, as what you have paid into equity may or may not represent current value. Good luck!

Most places I research for financing just do no do it.
I currently lease it and 2 plus acres with Interstate 30 frontage and have about $25,000 equity. DESPIRATELY

I can give you the names of a couple of local mortgage brokers that do land/home packages as well as a mortgage bank. Also, national lender 21st Mortgage should be able to help you. I will email you my phone number.
