I own 4 acres 15 minutes from downtown Houston. My problem is I want to put up several trailers, (small trailer park) and I need a loan for the water and sewer (setup) and everyone I call, brokers, banks, and mortgage companies, no one can seem to help me. Trailer parks are all over Texas, they are getting funded somewhere. So what am I missing? Can anyone point me in the right direction? It would be much appreciated!
