I have 30 acres of land that has all utilities that I am in the process of developing. What is the best method for getting financing for the improvements which are projected to cost $1 million? The project has strong profit margins and an excellent business plan. I have good credit and approximately $750,000 in net worth. The cost of the land was $600,000 and I owe $200,000.
