I am pretty new to REI and have only done flips so far. However,I am interested in aquiring rental property to keep long term. The only propblem is that I have no job. I quit about 3 months ago to persuit REI. I have been living off of profits from my wholesale flips but have no verifiable income. My question is, are there any loans out there that I could get to finance a 2 family or single family rental property given my situaution? I have good credit and could probably manage roughly 10% down. Thanks for the help.
