I am having a real problem with these mortgage brokers, we have poor credit, and I’m trying to buy my first investment property through creative financing. I have a seller willing to do anything to sell me their home but, they cannot do owner financing because the owe 60500 and the home is worth 75k and they have about 2,500 worth of finishing up work to do on it. They are out of cash and can’t afford to continue to pay the mortgage. How do I obtain this property? HELP!!!
