I have been investing for about 9 months and have been self-employed for 1 year and 8 months. The problem I am having is the need for additional financing for my deals. I am starting to get alot more opportunities but lack the capital to put them together. My credit is good but I have only been self-employed for a year and a half and need two years to satisify their requirement.
If you have any ideas on how to get the funds please let me know.
