On my current deal I do have financing on a double wide. However, when I was originally looking We called 3 different mortgage companys and after a week they were not financing mobile homes anymore. I still have not found a company that will finance a single wide mobile home.
What is going on? Are there any other companies that finance mobile homes anymore. They seem to be dropping them like flys.
