Sorry to say that we don’t have enough information. When dealing with smaller deals it has its pluses and minuses. Plus, Small deals, affordable living, the buyer can own, having a smaller monthly payment than if rent.
Minus, smaller deals have a smaller lending community; fewer lending sources limit your buying market.
With out having any information, I’m going to suggest working with a small bank and getting a working credit line. This is a credit line designed to purchase for resale.
