I bet there are 100 people here, that can and will help you with your deal, and getting financing, if we only knew what the obstacles were.

Please post some relevant information about what problems you are having and specifics to the deal, etc. and the answers you are looking for will “fall out of the sky”; or maybe off your computer screen!

Till then, we could post a great answer, but it may not solve your problem.

Can someone help me get financing on my second property. I have no down payment and need some assistance on the closing costs.
