FHA has a fixer loan program called 235k I belive. They appraise the property as-is and as-finished, pay off the property going in and then pay you the ballance when the work is done. I have never used it, bit check it out with a loan broker.

Does anyone know of any good books/courses/advice on where to obtain 100 % of the financing needed for rehab projects , including the rehabbing ? Thanks for any help.
