-don’t know the spread on your ‘move in date’
-ask seller multiple choice…30…60…90 days
-should already have prospective t/b on list to show house in meanwhile
-U could walk if U have exit clause however U shouldn’t have to use it, 30-90 days should be enough time to get t/b.
