That would be good if I only had one property per LLC. But I only want one LLC for now and have more than one address. Still have not settled on a name yet.

In NY every name I try is already taken. They do not allow a corp and an llc to have the same name. With good ol’ New York City in our state the picking is very slim. My last name is not taken, so I thought about that. Almost every 2 or 3 letter designation is gone. So I am thinking outside the box. How bout Sn homes. Sn is the elemental name for “tin” hehe. Seriously any ideas? Maybe I should offer a prize.

After hours of unsuccesfull searching for a name that was not already taken. We went with my idea from 3 months ago. So with humble appreciation to Tony & Scott, after all if it weren’t for them we would not need an LLC. We are the proud owners of “Blue Collar Homes LLC”

I have seen people use the address of the property and add LLC. For example: 1358 poplar Street LLC.

Do you have a domain name? Just add LLC to that, e.g., NY Affordable Housing.com, LLC.
