I’m trying to find a broker who will loan me
50 to 60 percent of the after repaired appraised price of a property. I would like to find someone who’s main concern is equity in the house. In the How to articles there is a piece by Ron Legrand called “Where to get the money” I’m looking for something similar to that. I’ve called number after number but so far I’m not getting anywhere. I live in the St.Louis area and any info will be much appreciated. Thanks
