This is quite an unusual post, so please bear with me.
There is a desirable, vacant, unimproved piece of property that I have an interest in, however, the owner cannot be found.
1# No known relatives anywhere in the area.
2# The taxes haven’t been paid in years, the tax commissioner’s position is, sooner or later etc. etc.
3# No forwarding address can be found anywhere. I suspect,(with all due respect) he may be dead.
My question to all is this, is there a research Co. out there that can find judgments/ liens against specific individuals?
My idea is to find and buy a judgment/lien and attach it to the property and foreclose.
And finally, has anyone here had experience in doing something like this? Love to hear from you.
